Description

Sundown is a lovely newly constructed villa built in January of 2004. The house is located opposite the world famous Mullins Beach, with fantastic views of the ocean.

It is tastefully decorated and includes the latest in entertainment equipment, including two Plasma TVs, surround sound stereo system, DVD player, high speed internet connection and many other modern facilities.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite, three bedrooms have ocean views. The house also has a large pool and beautifully landscaped gardens.
