Description
San Flamingo is a luxurious private villa located within an exclusive location on Holder's Ridge near the Polo Field. Set at the end of a cul-de-sac, San Flamingo offers Spanish Mediterranean architecture set within beautifully landscaped gardens.
The interiors are spacious and feature cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans and terra cotta tiled floors. The furnishings are stylish wicker and rattan in neutral colors with carefully chosen art and artifacts.
The living and dining rooms are completely open air on all sides and overlook the garden and ocean beyond. The open air-dining gazebo features a large round marble table and rattan barrel chairs, comfortably seating eight guests.
The home features four air-conditioned bedrooms with en- suite bathrooms (3 with tubs and one with a shower only). Three of the bedrooms are located down an interior hallway making this villa a great choice for families with young children while the fourth bedroom opens directly to the pool. The master suite, which is located in a separate wing, offers views of the golf course and ocean as well as a marble tub/shower combo.
A brick patio offers a delightful BBQ area and just beyond is the private blue tiled free form swimming pool and the recently re-surfaced private tennis court.
