Description

Rossferry is a luxurious villa that is set at the end of a long coconut palm treed lined driveway within lushly landscaped gardens in the exclusive Sandy Lane Estates. The home features panoramic views of the nearby ocean and spectacular sunset views.

The interiors are spacious and feature traditionally styled furnishings. The living room offers upholstered sofas and chairs with mahogany tables set on gleaming hardwood floors. Columns separate this handsome room from the formal dining room where the furniture is mahogany with caned chairs, also, set on polished hardwood floors. Both the living and dining rooms open to a large covered verandah where stylish sitting areas and another dining area open to the garden, private pool and the ocean and sunset views.

There are two bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in separate garden cottages that are connected to the main house by outside, covered walkways. Two of the bedrooms have a pool view while two of them have a garden view. The master suite opens via louvered doors to a courtyard patio and features a queen sized bed, air-conditioning, TV & VCR and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, separate large tub and separate tiled shower.

Rossferry is an excellent choice for several couples since most of the bedrooms are fairly equal in size.

Outside, ten wide easy red brick steps lead to the large private swimming pool.

Rossferry is a special villa with luxurious interiors, a large private pool, exceptional views and an excellent staff located around one mile from the Sandy Lane Beach.
