Built on a ridge on five acres of lush tropical gardens on the West Coast, Mullin's Mill offers sweeping views of the nearby Caribbean Sea. A unique villa, the home is built around an old sugar mill that dates back to 1690.

The main house includes the converted sugar mill and the interior is sumptuously decorated. It includes a large terrace, the dining room which seats twelve in comfort, a small study and kitchen. Upstairs there is a large verandah, a circular sitting room and master bedroom with private balcony. A lovely circular bedroom with en-suite bath is situated in the sugar mill tower. Adjoining the main house is a guest cottage, which houses two bedrooms with en-suite baths and private verandahs.

A short walk through the gardens, leads to the other cottage with another two bedrooms.

The villa boasts a large swimming pool set in tropical gardens, a Jacuzzi and a floodlit tennis court.

Additionally, it has a private beach cabana on gorgeous Gibbs Beach complete with living/dining area, terrace and bathroom.

Mullins Mill is a most distinguished property and ideal for large families and groups.

Please be advised that the "Guest Cottage" at Mullin Mills is designed to accomodate teenagers, children and nannies.

Please be reminded that there is construction next door to the Mullins Mill Beach house. We anticipate completion by November 2007.
