Description
Nutmeg at Merlin Bay is one of eight exclusive townhomes/condos built around a central swimming pool on a low sea cliff with steps leading down to the beach.
Nutmeg has its own private entrance with its own garden and private plunge pool (14.5' x 11.5' & 4.5 deep).
It is built on two floors and features three bedrooms with en-suite baths. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other two upstairs. The master bedroom has a private balcony and the bedroom on the ground floor opens to the plunge pool terrace. A raised dining area leads down to a sunken sitting room with built in seating and cushions.
From the sitting room, doors open onto the terrace overlooking the plunge pool.
Outside, there is a large shared central pool (70'x 30', 4'-7' deep).
