Situated on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach, the Leigh House is a luxurious and elegant beachfront home. Set at the end of a private, gated circular driveway, the Leigh House is built of coral stone and nestled in beautifully landscaped tropical gardens lush with mature trees and brilliant bougainvillea.
Built on one level, the interiors feature high ceilings and are comfortably furnished with upholstered English sofas and chairs with mahogany antiques and stylish tropical rattan set on sisal rugs. Understated elegance defines the Leigh House which is rich with objects d' art, gorgeous lighting fixtures, softly colored coral stone walls, exceptional artwork and an outstanding collection of books.
A grand living room opens on several sides through stately columns to beautifully furnished terraces and the gardens. The dining room is located in a separate pavilion and offers a round table that seats twelve and doors that open to the lush gardens on both sides.
The home offers six beautifully decorated and appointed bedrooms all with air-conditioning and en-suite baths. All of the bedrooms are fairly equal in size as well.
A graceful and large free form kidney shaped private swimming pool is set in the garden.
Leigh House is a luxurious and quiet oasis of tranquility and peacefulness where guests may enjoy the soothing sounds of the nearby surf and rustling trees.
Due to the owners wish to enjoy this quiet haven, the villa does not have a TV or stereo (although both may be rented for additional fees by guests renting the home).
