A most striking property, the villa is constructed of coral stone and designed for gracious open-air tropical living. The interiors feature tiled floors and the living room is furnished with tasteful contemporary sofas. The spacious living room is roofed but completely open air on all sides providing enjoyment of the cooling breezes as well as vies of the gardens and ocean. The dining room is a separate open-air delightful pagoda style room set in the garden.

Built on two levels, three bedrooms are located on the main floor while one bedroom is located upstairs. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom boasts a view of the ocean.

The beach and swimming are some of the finest in the entire Caribbean.

Landmark is a distinguished property and its popularity with celebrities to include Pavarotti is easy to understand.

Please note that the rates represent the ability to add the two- bedroom adjacent Landmark Cottage to the rental with the main house to provide a total of six bedrooms. For larger groups, both the Landmark House and Landmark Cottage are, also, within walking distance of the Bluff House (6 bds.) and Bluff Cottage (2 bds.) for a combined total of 14 bedrooms.
