Description

Klairan is deluxe villa located on over an acre and a half of lush tropical gardens in the exclusive Sandy Lane Estates. The villa offers total privacy and luxury living as well as panoramic views of the nearby Caribbean Sea.

The interiors are elegantly furnished with an eclectic but tasteful mix of tropical rattan, traditional, contemporary and exotic bamboo all set on cool marble floors. The spacious living room opens onto the expansive pool patio, overlooking the third fairway of the Sandy Lane Golf Course. Dining may be enjoyed in the formal and tastefully furnished dining room, which opens onto the pool deck or in the casual poolside gazebo.

A covered and columned verandah is very well furnished and opens onto the pool terrace.

Built on one floor, the villa offers five air-conditioned bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and each very nicely appointed. Klairan offers two bedrooms in the main house that are identical and equal in size and the remaining bedrooms are located in separate cottages that all open directly to the pool.

Most of the bedrooms are fairly equal in size, making Klairan an excellent choice for several couples.

A spacious columned and furnished verandah complete with a powder room, shower and wet bar and mini-fridge overlooks the private swimming pool, gardens and the ocean beyond.

Guests of the villa, also, enjoy use of the Sandy Lane Beach Facilities on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach.
