This ideally located 2 storey house, is only 2 minutes walk from the beach in Queensfort St James, and its spacious accommodation, includes a master suite and 4 additional bedrooms makes it ideal choice for a group of friends or two families.
The entrance to the villa has a welcoming courtyard with a water fountain, which leads on to the ground floor rooms in the house. The open plan living and dining area is extremely spacious, furnished with comfortable sofas and a stylish, bright decor with French doors opening out garden. There is also the added advantage of the family room with it's selection of board games, colour TV, Video/DVD and sound system, somewhere to suit all ages. The sound system also provides background music to the lounge and dining area.
The 2 double bedrooms on the first floor have doors leading to a balcony, which overlooks the pool and garden below.
The 3 ground floor bedrooms can be either double or twin and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a magnificent kitchen, with it's granite work tops and state of the art equipment, and a cook who will ensure you sample one or two Bajan delights during your stay. In the garden there is wonderful gazebo, ideal for cocktails, lunch or dinner.
