Evergreen is a very elegant and beautifully furnished villa situated in the exclusive Sandy Lane Estates. The home is set amidst lush tropical gardens providing the most desired privacy and seclusion.
The interiors are tastefully furnished and feature cool, tiled floors and traditionally styled pieces. The villa's comfortable living areas open outdoors to a grand and spacious covered terrace is comfortably furnished and provides the ideal spot for reading or relaxing. The spacious dining area provides the perfect atmosphere for al fresco dining.
The villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. The master suite is upstairs and has a lovely view, with two double bedrooms, one downstairs in the same wing. There is a very gracious, separate guest suite that opens onto the well-landscaped gardens.
The large swimming pool is made very private by the extensive tropical foliage.
Evergreen is fully staffed and a wonderful and elegant home that is highly recommended.
Complimentary transfers for a maximum of three people from the airport and back in a Rolls Royce for bookings of four bedrooms at the winter rate.
