In the main residence, natural coral stone is highlighted throughout the spacious, light-filled principal rooms, all featuring high ceilings and large windows, framing captivating views overlooking the Caribbean Sea. On the main floor, the grand foyer opens to the seaside terrace and elegant stair hall of coral stone with ornate wrought iron railing leading to the upper level. The formal living room and dining room seating ten both feature fans lighted French doors opening to the terrace running the length of the villa. A study adjoins.
Up the stairs and opening to a seaside terrace, the extensive master suite is comprised of a large bedroom with a four poster canopy king size bed, dressing room, steam shower, double vanity and luxurious Jacuzzi bath. Two additional bedrooms feature walk-in closets, private baths, and French doors to the terrace.
Decorated in a classic style, the two story guest cottage includes a foyer with powder room, a Great Room with terrace, a kitchen with laundry, two bedrooms with baths, and an upstairs master suite with a queen size four poster bed, dressing room, double vanity, bath, and terrace. In the guest cottage, all bathrooms have showers only.
