Colina Del Mar is located in Fitts Village on the fashionable West Coast of Barbados; renowned for its excellent white sand beaches and crystal clear blue sea. The villa is approached through wrought iron gates to a coral stone courtyard. The foyer leads to the grand living room and formal dining room which features Italian tile and is elegantly furnished with European antiques and traditionally styled upholstered sofa.

Built on two levels, the living room, dining room and one bedroom with en-suite bath all open through graceful ahogany arched doorways to the garden, pool and beachfront terraces.

A staircase leads from the living room onto a large balustrade terrace that is latticed for shade and has a dining table and chairs making it just perfect for savoring the sunsets on the western horizon.

On the upper level, both bedrooms open to private terraces and have en-suite bathrooms as well.

A private plunge pool complements this lovely property.

The beach at the villa offers excellent snorkeling in the reef and wonderful swimming may be enjoyed just a few minutes walk down the beach.
