The Belair Great House is a spacious family home that is approximately 100 years old. Recently renovated, the home is located on over two acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and offers almost 300 feet of ocean frontage.
Set behind an electronic entrance gate, Belair is built on two levels with five bedrooms and offers polished hardwood and tiled floors. The interiors are stylishly furnished.
Set within the grounds are the large private swimming pool and deck with ample space for relaxing and entertaining. Adjoining the pool deck is a charming gazebo with a dining area that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The pool area is slightly raised and gated making Belair Great House child friendly.
The most recent addition to the grounds is a recently constructed asphalt tennis court.
